Lance Armstrong Admits Doping in Oprah Interview
Cyclist says he used PEDS, human growth hormone in wide-ranging talk

After months of speculation, champion cyclist Lance Armstrong finally gave his confessional interview to Oprah Winfrey last night, and it was a doozy. "I view this situation as one big lie, that I repeated a lot of times," he told her, answering "yes" repeatedly when she began the interview by asking whether he had used performance-enhancing drugs, human growth hormone and other aids in winning seven Tour de France titles.

"In your opinion, was it humanly possible to win the Tour de France seven times in a row without doping?" asked Oprah.

"In my opinion, no," Armstrong replied, adding that there may have been a total of five competitors who rode without using drugs.
