Medal count: One gold, two silvers
Paul, along with his twin brother Morgan, made the Olympic team in 2004, helping the squad win silver. In the all-around event, Paul nearly cost himself a medal by falling during the vault portion, then placed first in the parallel bars and high bar to win gold by .012 points, the smallest margin in the Olympic history. Thanks to a scoring error by the judges, some argue that South Korea's Yang Tae Young should have won, but an appeals court ruled that the results would stand.
