iPhone-owning hipsters who adore digital photography have a new traveling companion for their white iPhone 4 or iPod touch in the retro-styled HipstaCase, which resembles a classic Eighties plastic toy camera.
Selling for $39.95, the accessory is co-designed by manufacturer Agent 18 and the developers behind the popular Hipstamatic app, which applies graphic filters to photos, making them look like grainy or washed-out antiques.
Snapping it on doesn’t just protect your smartphone from slippery-pawed bumps and dings. It also allows you to attach a universal tripod adapter that conveniently slips into a hidden slot on the front, so you can connect a stand when shooting for better or steadier image results. A wrist lanyard is also included with purchase.
