MC Hammer Unveils Search Engine Start-Up

Ex-rapper announces WireDoo at Web 2.0 Summit

MC Hammer announced a new web service called WireDoo in an appearance at the Web 2.0 Summit in San Francisco yesterday. Hammer's service is a search engine that adds relationship information to its results, with related links to connected products and services.

Hammer's search engine is still being built and is not yet available to public. The former rapper says that WireDoo is not intended to compete with established search engines like Google, but can offer a "deeper type of search" for consumers.
