Annabel Tollman, the celebrity stylist who dressed stars like Scarlett Johansson, Mariah Carey and Shakira, died suddenly in her sleep on Wednesday, Us Weekly reports. She was 39.
Tollman got her start as a stylist in 2008 after working as the first ever fashion director for Interview magazine. In 2010, she styled Rolling Stone's cover story on the cast of Glee. That same year, The Hollywood Reporter named her one of the 25 most powerful stylists in Hollywood.
"Her beauty, spirit and love will remain in our hearts always," read a statement from family and friends on the British-born stylist's Facebook page. "At this time, there is not confirmation of what caused this tragedy and we ask that you respect Annabel's privacy, legacy and honor and continue to think of her her just as she was, perfect in every way."
