A four-time offender in the NFL and a legacy member of the Vikings' infamous "Sex Boat" scandal, McKinnie was arrested and charged with aggravated battery, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest without violence after attacking a bouncer. Miami police said McKinnie spit in the face of a bouncer when he was removed from a club following a street brawl. Then, after heading across the street to another establishment, he returned, allegedly shoved a camera phone into the bouncer's face, picked up a heavy pole and slammed it over his head. A judge ordered McKinnie to complete anger management classes and 25 hours of community service.
