Iron and Wine's Sam Beam came by the Rolling Stone office recently to play solo acoustic versions of "Big Burned Hand," "Half Moon" and "Tree By the River." All three gently melodic tunes are taken from Iron and Wine's latest album Kiss Each Other Clean. After his performance, Beam explained that he is most inclined to enjoy writing and arranging songs in his studio, but has come to enjoy playing his songs live.
