See All-Star 'Human Race' Video With Kelsea Ballerini, Scotty McCreery

In-the-studio clip captures the singers, along with LoCash, Mickey Guyton and Lauren Alaina, recording the empowering Radio Disney anthem

Kelsea Ballerini, Scotty McCreery and Lauren Alaina are among the country artists contributing to the new song "The Human Race."

Last month, Kelsea Ballerini, Scotty McCreery, Lauren Alaina and a number of country up-and-comers joined forces for the uplifting anthem "The Human Race" for Radio Disney. Now, Radio Disney has shared behind-the-scenes footage from the track's recording session.

The video – a "We Are the World" for the teen set – shows Ballerini, McCreery and Alaina performing, embracing one another and goofing off a bit in a Nashville recording studio with the song's writers, producers and Radio Disney music execs.

Mickey Guyton, Lindsay Ell, LoCash and Tegan Marie also appear and sing in the video, along with Temecula Road, Kalie Shorr, Lacy Cavalier, Bailey Bryan, Jessie Chris, CB30 and Alana Springsteen. The song was first shared during the ABC broadcast of The Wonderful World of Disney: Magical Holiday Celebration.

"The Human Race" features powerful, socially conscious lyrics like "It's not just about the gun / it's not just about the finger that pulled the trigger." Some of the money raised from the song will benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Toys for Tots, Feeding America, City of Hope and Musicians on Call via Radio Disney's Share the Joy program. "The Human Race" is currently available for purchase on iTunes.
