Maren Morris, Brett Eldredge and Drake White were among the highlights of this year's Tortuga Music Festival.

"I was immediately in, because anytime I can go to the beach, have some drinks and play to a crowd wearing swimsuits and whatever, like they just rolled out straight from the water and up to a stage, that's my element," says Brett Eldredge, one of a number of country and rock artists who performed at this weekend's Tortuga Music Festival in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Kenny Chesney, Luke Bryan, Chris Stapleton and Maren Morris also took the stage to both entertain fans and raise awareness for ocean and marine life research. As in years past, the fifth annual festival was held on the beach, a plus for fans and artists alike.

"I much prefer my feet in the sand to a muddy festival grounds, and the weather couldn't be better today," Morris says. "So it's perfect for them and us on stage."
