North Carolina singer-songwriter Luke Combs has the Number One song in country music this week with his debut single "Hurricane." The track is the first taste of Combs' upcoming album This One's for You, due June 2nd.

To launch the LP, Combs will stage a series of consecutive pop-up concerts, beginning May 30th in Chicago. Other stops include Nashville and his hometown of Asheville, North Carolina. In an inspired bit of cross-promotion, the singer announced the mini tour live on the Weather Channel this morning with Jim Cantore.

Combs is nominated for Breakthrough Video of the Year for "Hurricane" at the 2017 CMT Music Awards and will also perform at Nashville's Riverfront Park during CMA Music Festival in June. The DIY-born artist has been on the road with Brantley Gilbert's The Devil Don't Sleep Tour and will play a special gig on the beach in Atlantic City, New Jersey, with Gilbert on July 13th.
