Hear Dolly Parton's Seductive 'Outside Your Door'

"I guess I should feel cheap," icon sings in provocative song about a red-hot - but not necessarily long lasting - relationship

"Outside Your Door" is featured on Dolly Parton's 'Pure and Simple' album.

"I guess I should feel cheap/But I just can't keep/My mind and my hands off of you," Dolly Parton sings in the sweetly sensual "Outside Your Door," a brand new song from her Pure & Simple album, out August 19th. Heavy on backup vocals, the track tells the tale of two old flames getting together once more.

"Outside Your Door" is a positive take on lust and love, one of several songs devoted to that very subject on Parton's forthcoming album. "This year I'll be married 50 years, so it just seemed to be a good time to talk about love, different kinds of love," the country music legend told Rolling Stone Country earlier this year. "So that's basically what it is. It's a love song album."

Parton continues to traverse North America throughout the rest of the year on one of her most extensive tours in decades. Check out cities and dates on the trek here.
