There's a whole hive of buzz about The Hangover. It's the summer's hot laugh machine, a classic of crass. But the knockout comedy punch comes in a cameo from, of all people, Mike Tyson. The former heavyweight champ and lightning rod for controversy plays himself. Hell, he's good at it (check him out in the documentary Tyson). In The Hangover, Tyson thinks that three dudes (Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms and Zach Galifianakis) on a bachelor party romp in Vegas have stolen his pet Bengal tiger. He's not pleased. When they enter Tyson's lair, he uses his fists, but not before doing a hilarious air-drum solo and karaoke to Phil Collins' "I Can Feel It Coming in the Air Tonight." Take a second. Let the image sink in.

Justin Long, the Mac guy, wins my good sport award for participating in the inaugural Off the Cuff with Peter Travers Show. Taking place in my office at Rolling Stone, the series is meant as a chance to chat with actors and filmmakers about everything but their current movie. No plugs allowed. I did allow a quick shout-out to Long's new movie, Drag Me To Hell, because director Sam Raimi did a hell of a job with the scares and Long brought a sly, witty charm to a role he aptly describes as "the girlfriend." Long's costar Alison Lohman is the one who gets slimed (maybe next time, Justin).

Anyway, I teased Long unmercifully, about everything from critics who hate his movies to his off-and-on relationship with Drew Barrymore. I even threatened his meal ticket by telling him my office Mac froze just as I was calling up his Google entry. Long picked up fast on the joke and gave better than he got. His mimicry of all four Beatles is spot on. Let me know if you like the concept, and who'd you like to see next on the hot seat. This photo shows Long doing something nasty with the V for Vendetta mask I keep in my office. He earned the privilege.

Miracles do happen. A good movie — make that a great movie — hit the No. 1 spot this weekend. That's right, Pixar's latest animated masterwork, Up, had the helium to fly off with $68.2 million. That kicked the lazy ass of Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian to second place. If only Up had dragged that Ben Stiller sequel to hell. Last night on the MTV Movie Awards, even Triumph the Wonder Dog referred to Museum as torture right to Stiller's face. I'll second that cigar-smoking mutt.
