Righteous Kill aside (I haven't seen it), don't get all misty eyed about Pacino and DeNiro in Heat. An otherwise terrific movie is nearly destroyed by entire scenes grafted in, apparently for no other purpose than to give Pacino scenery-chewing star turns. The restaurant scene didn't make up for the damage.

If by interesting you mean it's one of the stupidest premises in a movie so far this year (a cop who is against mixed marriages? please) then yah, Lakeview Terrace is real interesting. So interesting, I'll probably see the other 3 movies more than once before I'd dare to see it.

Yes, peter, agreed, except for that I don't think Lakeview Terrace should be that bad of a movie... It has a intresting premise.
