Saturday Night Live's golden boy Andy Samberg will be putting out a comedy album, titled Incredibad, next February, and you can expect it to be just as raunchy as "Dick In A Box" and "Jizz In My Pants." A slew of "real" musicians will join Samberg on the album, including T-Pain, Norah Jones, Jack Black, E-40, the Strokes' frontman Julian Casablancas and Justin Timberlake.
The album is a product of the three-man team known as the Lonely Island, comprised of Samberg and fellow SNL writers Jorma Taccone and Akiva Schaffer.
"We definitely wanted it to be a classic comedy album, but also one you
put on more than once," Samberg said in an interview with MTV News. "We've gone out of our
way to make it musically pleasing. We started on a few songs that were
not funny enough, for us, but they sounded pretty cool. And the bottom
line for the project was, 'Is it going to be funny first and music
second?' I think it's 95 percent music, and we hope people would throw
it on and bump it."
The trio has been posting songs and videos on their website for years, but have always wanted to put out a full album. Incredibad will rely heavily on hip-hop beats, recruiting Sly & Robbie, Jurassic 5's DJ Nu-Mark and underground producer DJ J-Zone to help them create rhythms. Jorma helped create some of the beats as well.
The first single "Jizz In My Pants," has become a viral hit since it debuted on SNL last week and features cameos from Timberlake (as a store janitor), the Sopranos' Jamie-Lynn Sigler and Molly Sims.
A DVD is slated to ship with the album, but no word on what material will be included. For now, enjoy some "Jizz In My Pants."

I think this SNL crew that they have now(Andy,Bill,Kenan,ect..) is the funniest. How can someone say they're funnier than Andy Samberg? Like someone else posted, if you were funnier than him, you'd have a better job than him, you'd be on a show greater than SNL(which is like impossible to find) and you'd have your own comedy album. Ok? Just be quiet. And if you hate Andy so much, and you think he's not funny, why were you even on this? Oh and the whole Andy not being "original" is whack, it's because of him and Jorma and Akiva that SNL even has Digital Shorts, everything they put out is major box office. Don't diss them.

Okay Amanda, try and write a funny comment. Let's see if it's 22 000 000 views worthy like Jizz was.

I've only watching SNL since the beginning of the 34th season but I have fallen in love.
It would be hard to love SNL so much without Andy or Bill Hader. :)
The CD is going to be "incredibad." Haha.
I'm so pysched. :)

Amanda, Would love to see some of your stuff that is just so much more rip-roaring hilarious than Andy.
That Trio is just awesome. I have grown to just love these guys' work. It's intentionally moronic! I love the tone they have and Idon't see how you can say their stuff is unoriginal. Where has Jizzed in my Pants been used before this video? Seriously!
Well if you don't like it don't watch or listen to it.

in my opinion, this is video is comedic genius, and i can't wait for the album to come out. SNL is only going to get better...sounds like Amanda is a little bitter that other people are famous and not her.

sounds like a previous poster passed her acting classes but because she "acts" too serious about her explanation of comedy, SHES NOT FUNNY, INCREDIBAD is not only funny, man he's working with a lot of people...I feel for the previous poster because NOBODY CARES what she thinks about snl or "Mr. Michaels" for that matter...
Amanda Fair | December 15, 2008 11:00 PM
This is good because he is indeed incredibad.
Totally unoriginal. Watching him makes me call my friends cause they're funnier than him.
I'm funnier than him.
Since I was little i've wanted to be on SNL. Not for fame, I've no interest in being in front of the camera. Not for money, cause comedy's not about money.
Because the skits I can do can only be done by me. Not someone that's attractive enough for television; someone who's perfect enough to get the funny across.
Andy just doesn't have it. He has the giggles, not the stomach ache laughs. And to say he has the giggles is being charitable. Toss the generosity up to Christmas
I feel for Mr. michaels, next season will ultimately ruin the chance for SNL to make an original statement, and even more sadly a laugh you won't forget. The times, they are a changin
