Kanye West, John Legend, and Stevie Wonder will be among the artists featured on an official soundtrack to the campaign of Senator Barack Obama, entitled Yes We Can: Voices of a Grassroots Movement. The collection will be available through Obama's website, with the profits going straight into his election fund.
The project will be comprised of mainly pre-recorded hits, such as John Mayer's "Waiting for the World to Change," and Wonder's "Signed, Sealed, Dellivered I'm Yours."
But there are some interesting new cuts, as well. Kanye and Adam Levine team up with Chicago poet Malik Yusef for a new track called "Promised Land," and Legend offers his version of U2's "Pride (In the Name of Love)."

Obama rocks! Barack, not Howie Mandell, is the original host hip hop celeb. Great post y'all, and together we say something-that river rolling on- and on and on!
