We were saddened by the passing of Dave Matthews Band sax-man LeRoi Moore. From what we heard, he was a quiet, introspective dude. We met LeRoi once in Charlottesville, Virginia, and he was really nice.
Our buddy, esteemed rock photographer Danny Clinch, sent us this photo of LeRoi's arsenal, taken prior to DMB's legendary 2003 gig in Central Park.

Sure didn't see this coming!! The thing about funerals is that those truly in pain are the ones left behind. LeRoi gave a lot of people joy with his music, and the way his art blended with that of the others in the band. Hope he knows how much love has flooded his way!
