Fiction Plane were on a touring tear the past year, supporting the Police (frontman Joe Sumner just happens to be Sting's son), the Bravery and, for good measure, Snoop Dogg. Now that they've finally got some free time, the band has made a video for "It's a Lie," a smooth rocker from last year's Left Side of the Brain. The clip is kind of a geriatric version of Risky Business, which raises the question: do you prefer this old dude, Heidi Klum, David Cook, David Archuleta or Kobe Bryant doing the dress-shirt-n-undies dance? I saw them in France. Nice performance, but their warm-up was even nicer. I think they were named Peggy or Puggy.. Pug-something anyways!

Sweet! It's about time this band gets some recongnition! They are absolutely fantastic. Everyone needs to get their CD "Left Side of the Brain" & experiance Fiction Plane. There are many great songs on that album. And a new one coming soon....

This song has always been a favorite of mine and am lucky to have been a fan long enough to see "It's a Lie" evolve from "Better Guy". FP is an awesome band and their live shows are so much fun. Check them out!!!

Fiction Plane is the BEST band : Joe has such a beautiful voice, Pete is the best drummer today, and Seton is great. I Love their songs, and I saw them in Paris : yes live they are great !!!

Glad we have this hysterical video to tide us over until the new cd (and hopefully tour) hits next year. Great, great band live, but just wish the radio stations would wake up and let me get my thrill of hearing them on the radio!

The video for It's A Lie is amazing and to see them live is something else, something I hope I have the chance to do again next year.

Fiction Plane have definitely renewed my interest in music! I heard them live some years ago and I was hooked right on from the start. They are awesome! Looking forward to their next CD and the following tour!!! They rock!

This is a great band! You have to see them live. When I saw them for the first time 5 years ago, I went out and found their cd. Now I am hooked. I got their latest cd and have seen them live 5 more times. They have renewed my interest in new music!!
