The Prentenders Rock!!!!!!!
Thank you, thank you Chrissie!
Thanks for keeping it real.
Love the new CD. What are you, the energizer bunny? Well, just keep on going and going and going. Can't wait to see you again when you come to Portland Oregon.

It makes me know rock is still gritty, alive, and bad ass when Chrissy does her shit. I love that she came back to the US and is hangin in Akron. How does she defy age and at the same time, wear it like a pro?? Love the songs, thanks for gettin to it Chrissy.

perfect, as usual from the Pretenders and Chrissy. Rocks very best female sinse she started. Please all other singers look to her as the prime example of perfection.

Awesome .. thanks for the full preview... I will buy it...beyond good enough to hand over cash for..more bands need to take this approach.... and less money to the stinky Major labels... now please play a headliner show in Vancouver!!

I love this band.
Chrissie Hynde's monotone voice is unique and insane, especially mixed with a little electric guitar! Her band is energetic and precise. Her lyrics are great too, easily memorized and they flow perfectly with the music.
Have you seen them live?! They still have it. I attended their summer concert in 06 and was blown away. I have always loved bands that can go out on stage and sound like a recording. No voice cracks, no guitar slips, it's perfect, and that's how they played that summer in 06. FRIGGIN perfectly. It was a pleasure to be able to watch that and have that as a memory.
Even now they are bringing their old sounds to new age listeners and it fits in perfectly with this genre.
If people don't know who they are now, they will surely know who they are soon. They need to be congratulated on kicking ass and taking names.

I have been in love with her voice since the beginning.A chill runs up my spine while a grin grows to a full blown smile and a tap of the foot jack hammers to bouncing around the room fists pumping and head bobbing.Ya'still got it Chrissie. Thanks for sharing.
