(NEW YORK) - Fallen Is Babylon, the latest album by Ziggy Marley & the Melody Makers, blends some heavy messages with the usual feel-good, uplifting reggae vibe. "We were thinking about Armageddon and Revelation . . . There's signs and wonders all around us, and we want people to open them eyes to these things that are happening," says lead writer/singer David "Ziggy" Marley. Already picking up significant spins at radio is first single "People Get Ready," a rollicking cover of Curtis Mayfield's classic tune. The complete set is due stateside July 15 on Elektra.
