"Wait (The Whisper Song)," the single from these Atlanta party boys' fourth album, is a minor masterstroke, a track that announces that soft is the new loud, a la "Drop It Like It's Hot." Over an irresistible beat, the Twins murmur quiet rhymes that signal new, OutKast-ish ambitions. At seventy-seven minutes, their new disc is long on crunked-out filler, but there are plenty of hook-filled bangers and club-ready sex rhymes; a highlight is "Live Again," on which Maroon 5's Adam Levine helps elicit sympathy for a stripper.
