A two-DVD DURAN DURAN video anthology is set for a November 4th release. The band's original lineup is planning a twenty-five-city U.S. this fall, it's first in nearly twenty years . . . GILLIAN WELCH, ROSANNE CASH, the GOURDS and NICKEL CREEK will perform at MerleFest 2004, set for April 29-May 2 of next year in Wilkesboro, North Carolina . . . Last week, AVRIL LAVIGNE's "Complicated" became the 10 millionth song downloaded on Apple's iTunes Music Store. The online music venture has plans for further expansion this year: In addition to new iPods that are capable of holding 10,000 songs, Apple plans to launch its iTunes store for Windows before year's end, making its services available to PC users. Said COLDPLAY frontman CHRIS MARTIN, "We see these efforts as the future of our business."
