The mesmerizing "No Letting Go" aside, most of veteran reggae crooner Wonder's stateside coming-out party is saddled with lethargic synth-heavy beats and lazy-loverman lyrics. Even the mighty Elephant Man (guesting on "Crazy Feeling") can't save him.
