Veruca Salt's Eight Arms To Hold You was released on Feb. 11, 1997 and Nina Gordon, Louise Post and the rest of the band have been busy ever since promoting it. On Friday they kicked off the second leg of the U.S. tour.|

Prior to coming home to the States, Veruca Salt spent nearly a month in Japan and Australia playing their hard alternative music to fans on the other side of the world. Now they are bringing it all back home for their fans here.

Veruca Salt just finished a chuck of dates with Days of the New opening for them and will take Figdish on for a few shows as well. The band makes a few stops on the East Coast before hitting the Midwest. On Nov. 21, Veruca Salt comes home to Chicago to play the last show on their tour in the city where they got their start.
