The outing's first two dates will be something of a family affair,
though, as the Trickster brings his cousin Mark Porter's Baby
Namboos along as a supporting act. The Namboos, whose sound falls
somewhere between trip- and hip-hop, will release their debut
album, Ancoats 2 Zambia, on Tricky's Palm Pictures
imprint, Durban Poison, on Sept. 14. Tricky raps on three of its
tracks, including the title cut.
Durban Poison act Genacide II, a hard-hitting U.K. techno outfit
whose debut album, Ad Finite, drops on Sept. 21, will open
all twenty-two shows.
