With the release Travis' The Invisible Band right around the corner (June 12th), the Glasgow boys are pumping up fans for the upcoming release with two bonus tracks and a handful of free shows.

The initial pressing of The Invisible Band will come with two bonus tracks, minus Fran Healy on vocals. "Ring Out the Bell," was written and performed by bassist Dougie Payne, while guitarist Andy Dunlop contributed the second bonus cut, "You Don't Know What I Like" and also sings lead vocals.

And on the same day The Invisible Band is released, the band will play a free show at San Franciso's Yerba Buena Gardens. On June 14th, the band will do another radio show at the Virgin Megastore in West Hollywood. The first seventy-five fans to show up at both of the California dates will receive a free ticket to the Dido/Travis tour in their town.

Travis will play two free shows on the East Coast as well: They hit Newberry Comics in Cambridge's Harvard Square on June 24th, and on the 26th, they'll unplug for a performance at the Virgin Megastore in New York's Union Square. The band's episode of VH1's Storytellers will air June 6th and they'll appear on The Late Show With David Letterman on July 15th.

Travis' tour with Dido kicks off in Vancouver, British Columbia on June 10th. Fans who want to get a taste of The Invisible Band before its release can go to www.travisonline.com, where one track a day is being streamed leading up to the record's release.
