On his second LP, this Tallahassee, Florida, R&B guy -- of "I'm N Luv (Wit a Stripper)" fame -- dishes
out another mix of shamelessly horny smoothies like "Tipsy"
and Southern hip-hop-flavored uptempos like "Buy U a Drank." The hooks come fast and loose, and Pain sounds like a junior
R. Kelly but with even fewer cheeseball asides. Epiphany should be lighting up both bedrooms and the clubs.
