Starting next year, Sarah McLachlan is going to get Tragically Hip.|

Nettwerk Records is set to release a benefit compilation to help raise funds and awareness for World Vision, an organization working toward helping the world's poor and oppressed.

The highlight of the compilation will undoubtedly be a couple of tracks featuring McLachlan. First, the Lilith Fair founder will contribute a single of her own titled "Greasy Jungle." Also, McLachlan sings backup on the Tragically Hip song "Emergency," which originally appeared on the band's 1994 album Day For Night.

The currently untitled compilation is scheduled to hit stores in March. (Ari Bendersky)
