The DAVE MATTHEWS BAND's September 12th A Concert for Relief benefit featuring the NEVILLE BROTHERS and JOHN BUTLER TRIO raised $1.5 million that the band will donate to the Bama Works Hurricane Katrina Relief Fund to provide short-term disaster relief and long-term rebuilding efforts . . . MARIAH CAREY's "Shake It Off" remix featuring JAY-Z and YOUNG JEEZY will be available for download exclusively at the iTunes Music Store on September 20th . . . COLDPLAY canceled Wednesday's Tampa, Florida, show due to a band member's illness. Plans are being made to reschedule the show and fans are being urged to hold on to their tickets . . . The singer-songwriter will also auction off tickets to upcoming concerts in support of the cause . . . KELLY CLARKSON canceled three more shows last weekend due to bronchitis. The American Idol champ called off the September 9th, 10th and 11th shows -- in Reno, Las Vegas and Spokane, Washington, respectively -- of her Behind These Hazel Eyes tour, which is scheduled to wrap September 16th in Pensacola, Florida. Clarkson's September 15th New Orleans stop was canceled due to Katrina. The canceled dates will be rescheduled, and all tickets will be honored . . . BECK has added a second New York date to his tour, which kicks off September 19th in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Beck will play New York's Hammerstein Ballroom on October 6th and 7th . . . LIL JON will host the Heal the Hood Hurricane Relief Concert, organized by Mississippi rapper DAVID BANNER and his charity foundation Heal the Hood.
