Sugar Ray, Kracker Set Tour

Twenty-eight-date trek kicks off in July

Sugar Ray and label mate Uncle Kracker will hit the highway together this summer for a twenty-eight-date tour of the U.S. The Southern California band will be showcasing the new, more-guitar-based sound of their new self-titled album.

"I can't wait to play these songs on the road," says Sugar Ray vocalist Mark McGrath, "because I can play a little more guitar . . . even though I suck."

Sugar Ray, which was produced by Don Gilmore ( Lit, Linkin Park, Eve 6) and features guest vocals from 311's Nick Hexum, hits stores June 12th.
