Sting Live CD Due

Tuscany performance to be released as CD, DVD

Posted Aug 20, 2001 12:00 AM

Sting will record an intimate performance at a private location in Tuscany, Italy for his first live album since Bring on the Night fifteen years ago. An audience composed of 200 friends and contest winners will join him September 11th, as he performs new arrangements of his own solo work and Police classics.

In addition to being available as a CD, the live performance will be available in stores as a DVD, with simultaneous release dates in late-November. The show, despite its small size, will not be an unplugged performance.
