Spin Doctors In Talks With Ruffhouse Records

Spin Doctors In Talks With Ruffhouse Records

A few years back, they were a huge band with hits like "Two Princes" and "Little Miss Can't Be Wrong." Then their records didn't sell as well and the Spin Doctors were dropped from Epic. But it looks like things are getting lighter at the end of the hippie tunnel for this New York-based band. Lead singer Chris Barron and the group are in talks with Ruffhouse Records. A spokesman from Ruffhouse said that the Spin Doctors' sound is just as good as it's always been and that Ruffhouse is excited about the possibility of working with the band.

Also, the Spin Doctors were in a Philadelphia studio not long ago. The single that was cut was sent to Y100, Philly's new rock radio station, and included Neville Brother, Ivan Neville helping out on vocals. (AB)
