Spin Doctors Ink Deal With Ruffhouse

Spin Doctors Ink Deal With Ruffhouse

Posted Jul 31, 1997 12:00 AM

In May, JAMTV learned that Ruffhouse Records was in closed-door talks with the Spin Doctors. | And while many thought the neo-hippie band responsible for the huge hits "Little Miss Can't Be Wrong" and "Two Princes" would never release another album, the two parties have inked a deal and the Spin Doctors are coming back. The 13-track, currently untitled, project is slated for an April '98 release, and according to the band's publicist Glenn Manko, the album is amazing. "It sounds like they've rediscovered who they are and have written music like they used to," Manko said. He added that in addition to going back to their roots, the Spin Doctors' new material definitely rocks. (AB)
