Jennings' middling voice won't be mistaken for his dad Waylon's manly baritone, but his second album works some of his papa's ramblin'-man persona into good-ol'-boy jams about getting tossed in front of a judge and finding someone to drive him home when he's wasted. But it will take a stronger set of songs for him to truly make a mark in the family business.
