Singer-songwriter HOWIE DAY was arrested last week after allegedly locking a woman in the bathroom of his tour bus and breaking another woman's cell phone during a tour stop in Wisconsin. He was charged with misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property.
