The snips, clicks and squeaks of toys, digital glitches and other unconventional instruments peek through U.K. duo Psapp's warm synth glow. Beyond the novelty of their fragile arrangements, Psapp write solid, thoroughly accessible songs: "Hill of Our Home" recalls the twilight sensuality of Everything But the Girl, and "Tricycle" shuffles with a gently skipping syncopation augmented by folk guitars and the occasional quack. This Psapp is sweet.
