This Christmas, our boys in the Persian Gulf are getting a special present -- Paula Cole.|

Cole, whose single "I Don't Want To Wait" currently sits at No. 14 on Billboard's Hot 100 Singles chart, will head to the Gulf for three shows starting on Dec. 21. She'll perform two shows for the troops in Bahrain on Dec. 21 and 23. However, in between those shows, Cole will be airlifted to the USS George Washington for a special onboard concert on Dec. 22.

Cole says that performing for the men who protect the United States is an honor and this is her way of saying thanks to the soldiers who can't be at home with their families during the holidays. (Ari Bendersky)
