Three years ago, Atlanta's Pastor Troy made a name for himself by taking on the then-king of the South, Master P. Since then, Troy has had a rough time channeling his kinetic verbal energy and eccentric showmanship. The ostentatious first half of his sixth album doesn't have Troy's trademark unpredictability. The latter half, though, crackles with possibility, anchored by a lighthearted take on cars to the tune of Whodini's "Friends" ("Benz") -- plus silly rapping kids ("Lil' Snap and Lil Killa")!
