Album Reviews
Hits collections mix styles out of necessity, but most put together tracks more thoughtfully than this mess of radio R&B, trance pop, rock and schlock. What is American Idol's Justin Guarini doing here? Ditto for the Calling and their crappy power ballad "Adrienne," a justified flop. Low on teen-pop's sugary glue and genuine "platinum hits," these selections seem random and slapdash.
