No True Bill for ODB

The U.S. Postal Service asks America to vote on their upcoming '80's stamp series

On Wednesday, February 3rd, A Grand Jury decided that the attempted murder charges against ODB should be dropped|, concluding that there wasn't enough evidence to convict the Clansman brought against him by the King's County, N.Y. District Attorney's office.

Apparently, paraffin tests designed to show whether the Bastard shot at undercover police officers, who'd pulled him over for a erratic driving, proved inconclusive.

60 Second Assassin, who was in the car alongside the Ol' Dirty Bastard, was not charged in the incident. There are still outstanding warrants for ODB in Virginia, and two Los Angeles court dates involving charges of terrorist threats are still pending. - Werner
