In one case he allegedly threatened to kill his baby's mother, and in the other he allegedly made similar death threats to security guards at the House of Blues in West Hollywood. Not only that, but ODB is still a fugitive from justice in Virginia for failing to appear in court on the alleged sneaker shoplifting in July.
