This pretty, well-meaning and utterly conventional singer-songwriter debut topped the charts in Higgins' native Australia, which makes you wonder what currently passes for fun Down Under. Higgins has a smoky voice, good production values and a big bag of melodies, but she's too bland to assault the soft underbelly of our Top Forty.
