Like their good buddies in Good Charlotte, Mest approximate the adrenalized sound of classic punk without striking any anti-social poses - they're sleek and pop-y, and they write romantic lyrics about lookin' for answers to the questions no one knows. Radio-ready and kinda fun, their debut is a decent punk-pop primer for young'uns who haven't gotten around to Green Day and Rancid.
