Album Reviews
The third album by Jay-Z protege Bleek is a typical Roc-A-Fella affair, trafficking in sleek, synth-heavy production, ghetto swagger and solid cameos by Hova and Freeway. A lot of the beats sound like leftovers from the Black Album, but for the most part Bleek's quick-tongued self-righteousness overcomes the music's R&B-inflected blandness.
