Since that time, singer Corey Glover released 1998's Hymns and currently is singing in an outfit called Vice, while Living Colour's rhythm section, Will Calhoun and Doug Wimbish, have gone on to play with rapper's Mos Def's new outfit Jack Johnson.
But following a surprise reunion show last December under the fake name "Head Fake" at New York's CBGB's -- where Mick Jagger discovered Living Colour in the mid-Eighties -- the two-time Grammy winners decided to put their other projects on hold. Their string of dates begins in May, to be followed by additional U.S. dates and a European tour. According to their rep, the band is considering making a record later this year.
Living Colour dates:
5/7: Portland, OR, Crystal Ballroom
5/8: Seattle, Showbox Theater
5/9: San Diego, 4th & B
5/10: Los Angeles, Key Club
5/12: San Francisco, Slim's
5/13: Santa Ana, CA Galaxie Theater
