His dad, No Limit mogul Master P, packaged prepubescent Lil' Romeo shortly after Lil' Bow Wow began barking up the charts. Romeo followed suit with the smash "My Baby," in which the 11-year-old boasts about his Bugs Bunny bling, girls and "grown women" wanting him, and his planned NBA career -- all in all, much more charming stuff than his thuggish father ever delivered. P's sunny productions, built on can't-miss pop interpolations ("My Baby" borrows from the Jackson 5's "I Want You Back"), give Romeo a plush bed to jump around on. But unsurprisingly, the unlimited bounce eventually wears thin. Game Time is no better edited, though Romeo charms as never before, rapping to Beyonce Knowles' younger sister Solange on (ahem) "True Love." (NICK CATUCCI)
