Album Reviews
The fact that Kelly Osbourne still can't sing kind of helps her second album: Lacking any diva pretensions, Osbourne matter-of-factly handles the vocals on this occasionally invigorating disc of shiny dance rock. And with crucial help from songwriter Linda Perry, she translates family stuff and rehab stories into pop confessionals that are sometimes undercooked but never try too hard.
