K-Ci, from the R&B duo K-Ci & Jo Jo , was arrested on March 14th in Los Angeles and charged with twenty-three counts of indecent exposure and one count of lewd conduct.

The arrest stems from an incident at last year's December 16th KIIS-FM Jingle Ball holiday concert. K-Ci & Jo Jo were part of a bill that included typically squeaky-clean acts like Christina Aguilera and 98 Degrees, drawing hundreds of kids to the show. K-Ci, whose real name is Cedric Hailey, allegedly exposed himself in front of the Shrine Auditorium crowd. Police officers were called to the scene by parents in attendance but the singer had reportedly left the arena before authorities arrived.

On December 21st two parents, Robin and Robert Garcia, filed a class action lawsuit against Hailey, the radio station and its parent company Clear Channel Communications and concert promoter SFX Entertainment as negligent parties when they hired the singer to perform at the event.
