(LOS ANGELES) - Veteran rock act Kansas has pacted with Nashville-based River North Records, which is distributed by PolyGram.|

The band's first release on the label, scheduled to be recorded in January at Abbey Road Studios, will feature the London Symphony Orchestra. The album, tentatively due in spring, will include symphonic versions of Kansas classics plus three new songs.
