Having made two albums of soft-shoed folk blues and racked up fans like Tom Waits, Holland returns with a third heartbroken album that feels better than a good cry. "You're Not Satisfied" is a bummed-out duet with singer Dave Dondero backed by a brass band that sounds stuck in molasses. As ever, Holland's voice is a thing of wonder -- languorous but with a sweetness that makes even the saddest sentiments comforting.
