Album Reviews
Less a career-rejuvenating project than a so-so Jimmy Cliff album with big-name stars popping up here and there, Black Magic finds Sting, Wyclef Jean, Annie Lennox and the late Joe Strummer adding hooks and choruses to a few up-tempo winners and too many tedious, slinky-ass, socially conscious losers.
